EC30
The EC 30 control enables you to program in 3D.

EC40
In addition to the functionality of the EC20 control, the EC40 Smart offers the option of drawing models on a mobile device (Designer), importing and unfolding 3D drawings, and performing a bending simulation. By “docking” the system with the machine control, data is synchronized, after which the program can be called up in the EC20 and production can start.

Measurement

E-Bend L Blue
The latest technology in laser angle measuring. The system consists of two laser sensors on each side of the table, which are CNC controlled through the control system. The system continuously displays and corrects the position of the Y axis on the basis of the actual angle of the product, thus guaranteeing that the end product has the highest degree of corner precision.

E-Bend S
Sheet thickness measuring. The system measures the plate thickness down to one hundredth. You can program exactly when measurements must be taken.

Bending Aid

E-Mate
The bending aid supports and follows the plate very carefully throughout the entire bending process. The height and V size are variable and can easily be adjusted to the bending aid. Material up to 30kg.

E-Mate Plus
The bending aid supports and follows the plate very carefully throughout the entire bending process. The height and V size are variable and can easily be adjusted to the bending aid. Material up to 150kg

E-Mate 2000

Complete touch screen convenience

The SafanDarley E-Control is fully touch screen, whereby the only buttons visible on the 19” screen are those that are needed during operation. The controls simply run on a PC under Microsoft Windows®, the software was developed based on Microsoft.net Framework.
