The TopGrinder by Q-fin is a manually operated machine that can be used for various metalworking processes like grinding, deburring and polishing. The TopGrinder allows you to cost-effectively and effortlessly produce a high-grade rounding.

Q-Fin introduces the DS600 and DS1200, two compact, stand-alone machines which easily remove slag from cutting parts in no time and prevent contamination in the deburring machine.

Developed and built in the Netherlands, the Fierde is a deburring machine especially designed for processing small workpieces with a width up to 200 mm. The Fierde features a brush height tracking system designed by Q-fin.

The F800 is suitable for products with a width up to 800 mm.  This smaller version of the F1200 is also equipped with a grinding device and 4 oscillating brushes. With this machine you can perform various finishing operations.

Why have two operators around the deburring machine when the job can be done by one operator? A return conveyor makes processing of the sheet metal parts twice as efficient by automatically returning the products to the front of the machine.

The Super Edge Rounder is suitable for flat parts from 4 up to 40 mm thick and a maximum of 600 mm wide. This is the perfect machine for finishing sheet metal parts that need to be powder coated or galvanized.

The WES extractor system, completely built out of stainless steel, is a wet-operating system that extracts grinding dust from metals such as stainless steel, steel and aluminium. There is no change of fire or explosion through its safe way of extracting the dust.
