SafanDarley E-Brake Ergonomic 35-1250
The SafanDarley E-Brake Ergonomic provides optimum seated operating comfort and maximum productivity for smaller bending products. Such personalized ergonomics makes the press-brake bending of large series in particular more pleasant and less exhausting. In addition, this Ergonomic version offers all the advantages of the standard SafanDarley E-Brake press brake with a pressure force of 20 or 35 tons. The SafanDarley ergonomic on show at Austech 2015 will be equipped with an EC20 control and feature plexiglass panels, enabling visitors to view the SafanDarley pulley System.
SafanDarley E-Brake 100-3100
This servo-electronic press brake represents the third generation of the Original E-Brake. Built according to a modular design, with considerable flexibility and short delivery times. This machine is equipped with a Wila Smart tool locator. The smart tool locator uses LED lighting in the calibrated scale to show where tooling must be placed in the holders. The LED lighting is operated using the press brake’s control panel. The convenience and speed with which operators can place tooling in the right place in the tool holder helps to improve productivity.
Gecam GT13
The Gecam GT 13 is one of the best metal finishing machines in the industry. Not only can the GT 13 finish both sides of a part in only one pass, its intuitive user interface enables simple operation with the ability to store multiple programs. Easy accessibility to all areas of the machine, inside and out, makes maintenance and cleaning a breeze. These advantages combined with the fastest block change in the industry and the most stable block guidance of any cross belt machine ensures efficient operation with superior results.
Krasser Legionnaire
The Legionnaire is a fully automated cutting and slitting system suitable for length and diagonal cutting sheet metals from coils. The machine allows to work with coils with up to 1,250 mm width and a weight of 2,000 kg. The fully automated length cutting and gap adjustment is being done by five pairs of slitting rolls (optional up to 8 pairs of slitting rolls). Horizontal cutting is done by a guillotine shear. The Legionnaire can be upgraded with a straighten unit. Equipped with a automatic Stolarczky decoiler the Krasser Legionnaire is the ideal solution for smaller businesses.
RAS XL-Center
Based on the remarkable XXL-Center technology, The RAS XL-Center designed for roofing and architectural profiles. With 3200 mm of folding length and 1.5 mm mild steel capacity, the XL-Center offers technical excellence. The XL-Center folds the sheet up and down and keeps material handling at a minimum. The position of the folding beams and the patented 300 degree free space in front of the beams offers almost unlimited part design flexibility.
CoastOne Cone 900
Ergonomically comfortable to operate, either standing for larger parts or sitting for those long runs of small tedious components. Cone 900 servo-electric press brake is absolutely the perfect combination of tonnage and length, making it uniquely flexible. Put it in a cell, alongside a laser, even move from one area of the shop to the next to support changing production demands.
