The patented machine for forming the grooves for a rubber gasket, a stop bead and clamping the gasket on the ends of fittings, esp. bends.

The machine consists of a rigid frame on which two sledges with 2 rollers and 1 block with 1 counterroller are mounted. An additional sledge is almost vertically mounted and can move up and down with a specially shaped roller for clamping the gasket. Between the frame and the horizontal rollers is an adjustable table for holding the rounded and welded gore or fitting part and serving as guide for the parts.
