The Stitchwelder CSTW produces a top quality welded seam which does not alter the quality of the welded material.

The Stitchwelder 1000 and the new Stitchwelder 1270 produce a high quality welded seam which does not alter the quality of the welded material. No more burnt galvanizing, which means less finishing work, no sealing and no paint will be required.

The welded is 100% accurate from the beginning to the end. The recycable copper wire electrodes eliminate waste of time for finishing.

The Stitchwelder 1000 & -1270 welds 3 - 12 m per minute making it a very productive and effective machine. It produces a beautiful tight seam and adjusts easily to different tube sizes. The Stitchwelder 1000 welds with a 6 mm overlap to keep your material costs at a minimum.

The machine welds stainless steel of up to 1,0 mm. The Stitchwelder 1000 or Stitchwelder 1270 produce a clean seam, lowering energy consumption and cost compared to a Seamwelder or Spotwelder.
