With our association with Resato we are able to offer a unique concept in waterjet technology - a waterjet cutting machine, with direct linear drives on each of the main axes (X, Y and Z). 

Direct Linear Drive Principle

The direct linear drive principle ensures:

• A better cutting performance and absolute repeatability (zero-backlash) in position of the nozzle head compared to mechanical transmission components like ball screws, rack and pinion and gear boxes
• Maintenance free operation thanks to the non-contact principle
• A wide speed range of the cutting and jogging speed, adjustable from very low to very high
• Immediate response, enabling fast changes in cutting speed
