This shear is designed especially for applications requiring flexibility and cutting of small batch sizes. A unique integrated sheet support, sort and stacking system provides optimum management of cut pieces. This system automatically separates scrap from cut pieces and can sort the desired pieces in four different stacks. The system can also return a cut piece from the rear, back to the operator. This eliminates the operator walking to the rear to retrieve a cut piece for the next operation.

Optional support arms with an unique quick-clamp system can be positioned at various locations to offer greater versatility by not allowing large material hanging down. This speeds up cutting and guarantees precision parts. The RAS 2000 control is moveable to any position along the machines working width. Automatic programmable gap adjustment and stroke length input are included as standard features.
