The H of H-Brake not only stands for Hydraulic but also for the Highest quality in all respects. There are many reasons why the SAFAN H-Brake can achieve high productivity when performing precision work, including a construction in which the measuring devices are mounted independently of the side frame. Other distinctive features are the large daylight opening, the variable beam opening (Q dimension), the application of highly dynamic servo valves, the long slideways and a stable and fast backgauge system.

The high-dynamic hydraulic servo-valves together with the cylinders manufactured by SAFAN itself ensure a correct positioning and the proper amount of pressure for the required forces. The unique design of the servo-hydraulic system yields very high speed and an extremely short cycle time thanks to the extremely fast servo-valve circuits, and all this at a very low power and energy consumption.
