Bending your long parts has never been easier and more flexible than with the RAS XXL-Center. One operator loads the work piece onto the sheet support system and then unloads the complete folded, finished part. That's it. The machine automatically inserts, squares, positions to the bend line, and bends the flanges up or down. No more rotation. It is also possible to bend pre-coated sheets without scratching the material surface! Hems will be closed to a programmable dimension and this dimension will be the same all along the parts. Tasks can now be done in minutes!
