The main characteristics of the hydraulic servo-controlled BIMA folding machine include its solid construction. Thanks to the sturdy design, the choice of stress relieved steel and the heavily designed supporting legs the BIMA Folding Machine continues to offer smooth, regular and repeatable folding. The back-guage guarantees accurate and fast positioning of the sheet metal over the whole length of the machine. Controlled by a frequency variator, the high pressure pump is activated only when an axis is shifted. This innovation not only lowers the power consumption and costs by around 90%, but also extends to the life of the related equipment.

The slitter is an option on the BIMA folding machine. High grade steel rolls slit fast and accurate sheet metal over the whole length of the machine. The driving chain and the hydraulic motor are designed to offer quality and constant performance.
