Sheetmetal Coil Handling, Straightening and Cutting OR Coil Handling System for Rollforming Machines

The CENTURIO is an automatic sheetmetal coil handling system that can be fitted to a slitting or rollforming line with the option to add a straightening and cutting system.
This combination allows for a cost and time saving solution for custom-cutting (or other types of processing like punching or roll forming) from sheetmetal coils.

The process is very simple. After entering the type of material, length, width and number of pieces via the user-friendly display unit, CENTURIO will automatically complete the cutting job.

The required sheetmetal coil will be picked up automatically from the storage area, which can be equipped with as many coil storage places as needed.

The metal strip is fed into the machine automatically, which straightens and custom cuts the sheetmetal in length and width as instructed.

The change-over of coils and the adjustment of the cutting knives also take place automatically.
